How we work with Texas businesses, remotely
Texas is a big state. A plumber in one part of it and a bakery in another may be hundreds of miles apart, and neither needs a designer down the road. They need someone who listens, explains plainly and delivers on the date they agreed. That is why the whole process is built to work from a distance.
You send a quote request describing the business, the pages you think you need and any sites you like. You get a written quote within two days. After you approve it, you review a private preview, ask for changes, and when you are happy the site is launched on your domain and handed over. Messages are by email, with calls only if you want them.
The service is for real, local businesses: contractors and home services, restaurants and cafés, salons and barbers, medical and dental offices, nonprofits and churches, and similar. We are a service-area business with no storefront, so there is no office to visit and no address to publish.
What affects how long it takes
A one-page site usually takes about a week and a multi-page business site about two weeks from go-ahead. Your quote gives the exact date. The things that change that most are:
- Your content. Having text, photos and a logo ready is the biggest factor. Our website project checklist lists what to prepare.
- How fast you review. If feedback comes back in a day or two, the timeline holds. If it takes two weeks, so does the project.
- The number of pages and features. A booking form, a gallery or an online menu adds work. Stores and web apps depend on what they need to do.
- Domain and account access. Domain registrar logins, existing hosting and Google Business Profile access can take time to find.
- Legal or industry wording. Some trades and professions have to include specific notices. Tell us early.
What affects the price
There is no price list. Every project is quoted on what it needs, mainly the number of pages, whether you need booking, a store, a members area or an editor, how much content and photography you supply and whether you want hosting and care. You get a fixed price in writing before anything starts, and it only changes if you add to the project. Asking costs nothing.
Websites for the kinds of businesses we work with
Different businesses need different sections. These pages go through what each type of site needs, what to include and the mistakes to avoid.
