NewLife SMP is a whitelisted hardcore survival server. It needed one place for players to apply, read the rules, vote and see who is online.

The brief

Players were applying through Discord messages and staff were tracking them by hand. The server needed a proper front door: a site that explains the season, takes applications, and connects to both Discord and the game server.

  • Landing page with live player count, TPS and version read from the game server
  • Four-step whitelist application with Discord sign-in and a rules quiz
  • Staff dashboard for reviewing and approving applications
  • Vote leaderboard fed by a custom vote listener that rewards players in game
  • Discord bot and an AI helper bot connected to the same database

The result

Applications now arrive complete, already linked to the player's Discord account, and staff review them from one dashboard instead of chasing messages. The site is live at newlifesmp.com.
