The brief

The goal was a hosting company that felt hand-made rather than off the shelf: a storefront that helps customers pick the right plan, and a control panel that makes running a server easy for people who are not technical.

• Storefront with a plan picker that sizes servers by player count and modpack
• Billing, invoices, reminders and support tickets
• Custom control panel with Players, Plugins, Mods, Modpacks, Software and Import tabs
• Discord bot with tickets, moderation logs and account linking
• Self-hosted mail server with DKIM, SPF and DMARC
