Refund Policy

No refunds

Payments to New Life Host are non-refundable. That includes:

• unused time left in a billing period after you cancel;
• changing your mind, or no longer needing the server;
• moving to a smaller plan;
• problems caused by third-party software, plugins, mods or modpacks; and
• services suspended or ended for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

When we will refund you

• We did not deliver. If your new server is not set up within 7 days of your payment, ask us and we will refund that payment in full.
• Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, we will refund the difference.
• The law requires it. Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

To ask for one of these refunds, open a support ticket or email billing@newlifehost.com within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Cancelling

You can cancel any service at any time in the client area. Your server keeps running until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Customers in the EU and UK

Your server is set up and starts running as soon as you pay. When you place an order, you ask us to start the service straight away and you accept that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right to cancel and get a refund that consumer law would otherwise give you.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the related services and your account until it is resolved.
